What to specify when you enquire

A supplier can only price what you have described. The more of this you put in the first message, the faster a usable quotation comes back.

Main crop or light crop, and the crop year
Bean count, moisture and defect count
Fat content for butter, and fat percentage for powder
Natural or alkalised, for powder
Certification: organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance
Whether traceability to co-operative level is required
